lotusAlways consult your physician before beginning any exercise regimen.

lotusAny class on our schedule labeled "Basic" is suitable for beginners.

lotusWe recommend trying at least 2 - 3 classes a week, for those in good health, to "get that yoga feeling."

lotusWear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Some practitioners prefer tighter, stretchable clothing as it tends to get in the way less. We practice with our shoes off.

lotusPlease arrive at least 10 minutes early for class, so you can check-in, get changed, and organize yourself in a relaxed manner.

lotusWe suggest setting yourself up right in the center of the room at first. This will help you hear the instructions better, and enable you to look around the room in case you get lost.

lotusIf you have had a surgery or injury in the past 6 months, or any chronic issues at all, please make sure to mention it to the instructor.

lotusIt is best to refrain from eating 1 - 2 hours before class. Practicing yoga too close to meal time may result in indigestion.

lotusWe have a 10 minute grace period for latecomers.

lotusMat rental is available.
