Timothy LynchWe return to the mat again and again and remind ourselves that profound change is possible within a single breath. This is one of the great powers of the yoga practice—it is a practice. We make effort and we soften, push and pull, extend and flex with an open mind that all of these things may be done simultaneously. In this way we meditate on the relationships of what seem to be opposites and work towards creating union. Timothy offers gratitude and thanks to all of his teachers including Alison West (with whom he received certification), Barbara Verrochi, Kristin Leigh, Rolf and Marci Naujokat, Vijay Amar, and to all that have inspired him to continue on this path. Timothy draws inspiration from the Ashtanga tradition with a focus on setting a foundation through alignment awareness.
