Stephanie SandlebenStephanie Sandleben was first hooked by yoga in her teens by her mother, a Kripalu style yogini, along with inclusive spirituality and awareness of breath from her father, a Sufi sheikh. After several years of exploring different styles and teachers - and a mind-blowing trip to India, she completed her teacher training with Allison West at Yoga Union in New York City. Stephanie’s eclectic teaching style draws inspiration from Iyengar, Ashtanga and Anusara and is currently studying with Tias Little. Her group classes are a glistening balance of alignment and flow imbued with heart, sweat, and breath. She’s deeply grateful for her hippy parents, amazing teachers who continue to peel open her eyes, and to the students who open her heart!
