Ralph De La Rosa is a survivor, explorer, rookie psychotherapist, and neuroscience geek. He began meditating in 1996 and has taught since 2008, including at The Mindfulness Sessions, The Interdependence Project, and Trinity Wall Street Church. He is currently obsessed with swimming in the ocean and hanging out with a cat named Emma
