Theme for classes this Saturday through March:
“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. Security does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than exposure.” -Helen Keller.
It’s time to let go. It’s time to forgive yourself for your imperfections, time to let the world off the hook for not living up, time to forgive everything so you can be free. Free to hone in on your heart’s deepest intentions. Free of having your happiness hitched up to how other people behave. Free of holding that hot coal of resentment, judgement, and so on. You’re the one holding on. Empower yourself to put it down already.
